Translating Mission Into Growth

My work sits at the intersection of creative direction, business strategy, and problem solving. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work, how people connect, and how ideas become something real. Innovation has been part of my life from an early age—my dad led the innovation think tank at Procter & Gamble, and I often went to work with him before school. In college, I continued that path by studying design thinking as a core part of my major, building a foundation in human-centered strategy, research, and creative problem solving.

Outside of work, I’m deeply connected to nature. I grew up surrounded by cornfields, feel most at home in the woods or by the water, and am drawn to experiences that feel grounded, adventurous, and real. That perspective shapes the kinds of brands and organizations I’m most passionate about—those rooted in community, transformation, and a respect for the natural world.

Across nonprofit, startup, wellness, and hospitality environments, I’ve helped organizations define who they are, clarify how they tell their story, and build the systems that allow that story to grow. My work focuses on the strategy behind the brand—positioning, creative direction, digital strategy, customer journeys, and the operational structure that turns ideas into measurable impact.

I’m especially skilled at translating complex ideas into something people can actually connect with. That might mean making a health topic feel accessible and human, shaping how a nonprofit communicates its mission, or helping a travel brand capture the feeling of place, freedom, and belonging.

Along the way, I’ve led creative teams, managed paid media across channels, built brands from early-stage concept through launch, and developed the frameworks that support long-term growth. I’m most inspired by work that combines creativity with purpose—and by brands that are building more than a business, creating something people genuinely want to be part of.
